		<description><![CDATA[Quite simply, many people have no pride in their work anymore, nor do they leave the home with any sort of manners or awareness of beings other than themselves.  Thus, we are exposed to a great number of people whose jobs demand interaction with the public but whom are ill-equipped to handle the responsibility.  They also expect money to drop in their laps.
